The App provides real-time tracking of rides for your safety and convenience. By using this feature, you consent to the collection and display of location data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure reliability, RideLink does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
